Use your tracking number on our Tracking Page. Updates appear instantly as the parcel moves through our network.
My parcel is delayed+
Weather, traffic, holidays, or customs may cause delays. If your parcel is over 48 hours late, contact support.
I missed my delivery+
Our courier will try again within 24 hours. You can also request redelivery or pickup from the nearest hub.
My tracking number is invalid+
Ensure correct input. Tracking may activate 1-3 hours after parcel creation.
I entered the wrong address+
Contact support immediately. If dispatch has not started, we can update the address.
How do I return a parcel?+
Returns depend on the merchant. After the merchant approves, we arrange the pickup.
